Visiting Researcher at Cambridge Centre for Animal Rights Law, PhD Candidate at Royal Holloway, University of London, working on 'Zooconstitutionalism and the Policies that Follow.'
Research highlights:
[1.] Argue for a theory of sovereignty and animal rights that recognises animal communities’ right to be self-governed.
[2.] Explore how this theory would change Australian legislation, specifically its constitution.
[3.] Exemplify the implications these changes in legislation would have for animals ‘on the ground,’ especially in relation to how some conservation programmes and environmental policies should change.
