Associate Professor in the Visual Arts Department at Brock University (St. Catharines, Ontario, Canada) where she teaches courses in the history of art and visual culture. She is a Faculty Affiliate in Brock’s Social Justice & Equity Studies graduate program, a founding member of the Social Justice Research Institute at Brock, and a Fellow of the Oxford Centre for Animal Ethics. Her current research focuses on the relationship between art and animal advocacy.
